DETAILED RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU UPON RMA APPROVAL. MAKE SURE YOU USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM / JUNK BOX IF YOUR MESSAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS.
- Please be sure to backup your hard drive, we will not be held responsible for any data loss.
- Warranty work is done for hardware defects only.
- All units must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (copy of invoice) and an RMA number
issued by the representative from PCDIRECT.COM. All RMA requests without an RMA
number will not be processed.
- Warranties are void if the factory seal is broken. Customer may be charged as percent-of-warranty repair.
- Out-of-warranty units & units with virus or software problems will be charged at the rate of $125 per hour.
- Customer must pay for shipping back to PCDirect. PCDirect will pay for shipping back to you.
- Physical damages to unit sustained during transit voids all warranties.
- Please mention all third party hardware (if any) installed in a system. (We are not responsible
for any third party hardware or any problem caused by it. Please remove all third party hardware
before sending the system for repair.)
