Return Policy / Warranty


RETURNS FOR REFUND  -
All orders are backed by our 30 day Hassle Free Return Policy. We are the "good guys". We do not charge any restocking fees and will not give you any run arounds. Its simple - Items must be sent back packaged properly (like we sent it to you) and must not be missing any items (manuals, drivers or packaging). You need to contact our Customer Service folks via phone or email. See our contacts page to do so. Burnt CPUs and physically damaged items sent back to us will not be warranted or refunded. Please be careful! Items with Free shipping or reduced shipping (i.e. $.99 each) will not be refunded at full value. There is a minimum fee of $6.00 per item returned that included this type of shipping. Shipping is not refundable.


WARRANTY / EXCHANGE -
Most items carry a 1 Year Warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the HTML description on this site. All individual item warranties and product condition are shown on the items detail page. We will help you with all warranty claims with the manufacturer in the event we are out of stock and can not replace the item for you within the first 30 days of purchase, after this 30 day period, we will attempt to help on a case by case basis. No exchanges after this 30 day period. Physically damaged products and burnt CPUs will not be warranted or exchanged in any way.  Retail Boxed items need to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.  OEM or Bulk items will be replaced by us if defective and returned to us within one year from date of purchase or within the products warranty period, whichever comes first.


ORDER TIME -
All orders are shipped in order in the order they are received. The majority of orders ship the same or next business day. We pride ourselves in shipping orders as soon as possible. We strive to do this but can not guarantee every order will ship within this time frame. Orders are only delayed if - CC Info isn't complete, suspicion of fraud, oversold, or simply a very large influx of orders. Orders going Air Service will not be placed ahead of Standard Service. They go out in the order they where received. Orders placed after 2PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following business day. (example - if you place an order on Friday at 3PM EST it will not be shipped until Monday). Shipping methods only guarantee the transit time with UPS.


CANCELLATIONS -
Once an order is placed it is automatically processed and in most cases can not be cancelled. Your credit card is charged immediately. You may have to refuse the item(s) if we can not catch it in time. If you refuse the item we will then refund your card for the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If a COD order is refused, you will still be responsible for the shipping fees.  These fees must be paid before any additional orders may be placed.


SHIPPING -
We ship via UPS to anywhere in the USA and Canada.  We do not ship internationally.  UPS does not pickup or deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  Packages sent Next Day service on Friday will not be received until Monday, unless it is specified that you would like Saturday Delivery, which is $12.00 additional for US bound packages.  Next Day service and the Saturday Delivery option are not available in all areas.  Transit times are not guaranteed by us.  Items damaged in transit need to be brought to the attention of UPS and have a claim filed by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.  We will only replace those damaged items once a claim has been approved by UPS.


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS -
While we strive to ensure every price on our website is correct, there may be situations where even we make a "human" error. That said, be aware before purchasing that our company reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.  Notice that this situation has only occured once during the entire lifetime of our company and while it is not likely we will ever cancel your order, we do reserve the right to do so for any reason.
